Job description

Head of Repairs and Maintenance needed in North London.

The rate is £516.53 per day PAYE.

This is a temporary role working part time.

The successful candidate will manage the overall responsibility for Responsive Repairs, Voids, Disrepair, Complex Repairs, Damp and Mould, and Depot management along with transformation of the repairs service including all related budgetary expenditure.
