Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Lead the Quality Compliance Team and oversee a team of Quality Auditors.
  • Interact cross-functionally and with executive management on Quality Management System issues.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and regulatory bodies regarding quality issues.
  • Lead BMS system projects within the Safran Group.
  • Focal point for Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Manufacturing discipline.
  • Knowledge of Lean / 6 Sigma and improvement tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aerospace Regulations (EASA, FAA, AS9100).
  • Experience with 8D analysis, risk analysis, and dealing with regulatory authorities.
  • Preferred qualifications include AS9100 Lead Assessor, EASA Part 21/145, FAA 145 auditor.
  • Proficient in MS Office and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership or management qualification.
