The role

The Head of Regulatory Affairs is crucial in this initiative. With Brexit's full effects still to be determined and new global opportunities emerging, this role holds strategic importance.

The Head of Regulatory Affairs will lead the City Corporation’s efforts to establish a regulatory framework that promotes and enhances UK-based financial and professional services, and maintains London's position as a leading international financial centre. You will need a broad and deep understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the City’s competitiveness to:

  • Identify current and future challenges and opportunities, analyzing and proposing responses.
  • Influence financial services policy at national, European, and international levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in government, internationally, and in City businesses.

You will collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, regulators, businesses, and political leaders of the Corporation.
