Nottingham City Council is hiring a Head of Regulated Services to provide strategic leadership for Residential Children’s Homes, Fostering Services, Permanence and Special Guardianship supports in a hybrid role based at Loxley House, Nottingham.

As Head of Regulated Services, you will provide strategic leadership for our Residential Children’s Homes, our Fostering Services, and our, Permanence service and Special Guardianship support services, ensuring children receive safe, stable and nurturing care that helps them achieve the best possible outcomes.
As a key member of the Children and Education Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality regulated services, driving continuous improvement, strengthening permanence planning and championing approaches that enable more children to remain connected to their families and support networks wherever possible. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and carers to ensure services are responsive, effective and centred on the needs of children and young people.
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader with a strong track record in children's social care, care planning and regulated services. You will combine strategic vision with operational expertise, leading high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities, regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
