Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Owning all aspects of the recruitment process: role profiling, sourcing, screening, assessment, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
  • Building a strong employer brand to attract both obvious talents ('shouting talents') and covert talents ('whispering talents')
  • Developing and automating our recruitment processes
  • Enhancing our onboarding process in collaboration with management

Flexible

Our office is next to Victoria Station, and we work from Monday to Friday. Remote work is not available.
