We’re seeking a strategic, dynamic, and passionate Head of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts, shape our hiring strategy, and help us attract top talent.

The Role

As the Head of Recruitment, you will be part of the Senior Management Team and be responsible for developing and executing the recruitment strategy. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with senior managers to support the growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to meet business needs
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to ensure high performance
  3. Liaise with Heads of Department to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  4. Optimise recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  5. Produce data to track and improve hiring metrics
  6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in recruitment
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing, employer branding, and applicant tracking systems
  4. Experience in managing and developing a recruitment team
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to analyse data, assess data, and make data-driven decisions

Salary: £50,000-£60,000
