Job summary

West Midlands-based Children's Residential Care provider is seeking a senior Head of Recruitment to lead talent strategy across Ofsted-regulated services. You will shape workforce planning, design recruitment processes, and build high-performing teams to recruit Registered Managers, Deputies, Seniors and Support Workers.

The role demands values-driven leadership, deep knowledge of safeguarding and safer recruitment, and strong stakeholder engagement with local authorities and universities.

• Strong experience recruiting within children's residential care / Ofsted services.
• Deep understanding of safer recruitment and safeguarding compliance.
• Proven ability to build and scale recruitment functions.

Responsibilities

A growing children's residential care provider is seeking an experienced, values-driven Head of Recruitment to lead talent strategy across its Ofsted-regulated services.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the unique demands of children's residential care and can build high-performing teams that deliver safe, stable and nurturing environments for young people.

What You'll Lead
