The Role:

I'm looking for a Head of Quantitative Trading to lead their systematic strategies across equities and fixed income. This is a builder’s role hands on, deeply involved, and foundational to their growth. You’ll have a major say in how they research, trade, and scale their edge. You’ll own both the day to day and the roadmap, bringing together data, ideas, and people to execute on high conviction strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, test, and scale systematic strategies in global equities and fixed income

• Build and lead a nimble team of quants, traders, and engineers

• Collaborate closely with tech to shape our trading and research infrastructure

• Turn ideas into PnL fast. Prioritize what works and move quickly to iterate

• Oversee execution and optimize for slippage, latency, and transaction costs

• Help shape a culture that values speed, ownership, and radical honesty

• Stay close to the markets and data we don’t believe in managing from a distance

Who You Are:

• 8–10+ years in quant/systematic trading, ideally with experience in both equities and fixed income

• You’ve led strategies and know what real alpha looks like—and how to build it

• You write code, read research, and speak the language of risk and return

• You’ve built teams before or you’ve wanted to, and now’s your time

• Start-up minded: fast learner, adaptable, and you know how to make things happen without layers of process

• Collaborative but opinionated; you bring your own views, and you love the friction of good ideas
