Job summary

All Global seeks a Director of Quantitative Operations to plan, organize, and direct day-to-day Quantitative research activities. The role drives project delivery, quality, and staff development across the field team.

The position requires 5–6 years in healthcare data collection and strong expertise in marketing research, with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction. London-office based, with evident leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology or Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher, ConfirmIT, Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency in Excel and Word; Access is a plus.
• 5–6 years’ experience in Healthcare data collection.
• Experience in Marketing Research essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct day-to-day Quantitative research operations to meet project requirements.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, ensuring ISO 20252/26362 quality standards.
• Lead a proactive field team and align processes with unit development plans.
• Establish best practices for efficiency and data quality in deliverables.
• Control schedules and allocate projects to Quantitative field staff and/or client teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and train staff, supporting succession planning.
