Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Quality Improvement to join the Professions and Quality department within Greater Manchester Mental Health.
If you are passionate about and have extensive experience in, quality improvement at a senior leadership level and executing strategies for continuous improvement in patient care and experience, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the jobThe main responsibilities include leading on the delivery and development of the key workstreams within the Quality Improvement Programme:
Quality Improvement projects.
Building capability across the organisation.
Strategic deployment activities.
The post holder will operationally line manage the Quality Improvement (QI) team
The post holder will also lead on the development and delivery of Breakthrough Objectives and organisational Strategic Initiatives.
The Head of Quality Improvement will provide improvement expertise to the organisation, supporting the development and delivery of high quality, effective and efficient programmes to drive continuous improvements.
This post is also responsible for a broad portfolio of improvement activities and improvement projects, including creating an organisation wide culture in which all staff view quality improvement as a core part of their role.
The postholder will have a passion and drive for building the culture, conditions, and capability for continuous improvement.
