An NHS trust is seeking a Head of Quality Improvement to spearhead the implementation of the Improving Together strategy. This role focuses on embedding quality improvement practices across the organization, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Candidates should possess significant experience in quality improvement within the NHS, alongside a relevant master's qualification.
Job summary
University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group comprises Kettering General Hospital and Northampton General Hospital. With a budget of over £800 million and with over 11,000 staff, we operate two hospitals, several community services, and serve a population of 900,000 people across Northamptonshire.

This role, the Head of Quality Improvement, reporting directly to the Director of Continuous Improvement, has a crucial role in embedding QI across UHN. The role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and momentum for celebrating successes, sharing best practice, embedding improvement management systems, and helping to create a culture where all people view quality improvement as a core part of their role.
