We're recruiting a

Head of QHSE

for a dynamic, innovative high growth manufacturer. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Operations Director, offering the chance to shape QHSE strategy, embed a culture of excellence, and influence business-wide improvement.

In this role, you will:

Define and execute the company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental vision and roadmap

Lead and manage ISO-accredited QHSE systems and standards

Promote a proactive safety culture and drive employee engagement

Oversee audits, compliance reviews, and root cause analysis processes

Collaborate across functions to deliver measurable improvement and sustainability

Build a high-performing, accountable team and lead change from the front

What we’re looking for:

10+ years in a senior quality leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive or other regulated sectors

Strong track record of creating and sustaining a quality-first culture

Excellent knowledge of QHSE systems and structured problem-solving methodologies

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
