• Own and evolve the organisation wide Quality Engineering strategy.
• Lead quality across manual & regression testing, performance engineering, certification and compliance testing.
• Establish and embed consistent quality standards across all engineering teams.
• Mature existing quality practices into a scalable, future-proof model.
