We're looking for an experienced individual to spearhead our quality and governance efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our governance and quality agenda, ensuring adherence to the highest standards across the organisation. From implementing robust systems to guiding our teams, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our exceptional reputation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Safeguarding Lead, overseeing policy development, staff training, and coordination with external agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals under our care.
• Lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks and quality assurance systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including CQC requirements, through effective risk management and audits.
• Provide guidance and support on governance, risk, and compliance matters to staff at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and service delivery.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in healthcare quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Background in quality and governance roles within Healthcare or Social Care Settings.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, GDPR, and information governance.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and CQC regulatory framework.
• Integrity, trustworthiness, and a collaborative working style.
