Are you a proven Quality leader with a background in flowers? Do you have a passion for continuous improvement, ethical sourcing, and sustainability? This business is looking for a Head of Quality to drive excellence across their supply chain from supplier onboarding to final product dispatch.

You'll play a vital role in protecting flower quality and brand reputation, while championing best practices across ethical sourcing, sustainability, and workplace safety.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and evolve our QA strategy, systems and team
• Oversee end-to-end quality from sourcing to dispatch
• Ensure compliance with customer standards (e.g., Fairtrade, BRCGS)
• Analyse quality data to reduce claims and boost performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, ESG, NPD & procurement
• Own audit readiness and quality documentation
• Build relationships with growers and suppliers to manage risk and performance
• Promote sustainability, ethical practices and continuous improvement
• Deliver internal training in quality and compliance standards
