The Head of Quality will:

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and embed robust safeguarding practices.
• Act as a turnaround specialist, providing leadership support and covering Registered Manager duties when needed.
• Develop and implement competency-based practice models across all roles.
• Oversee quality and governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage transitional changes smoothly, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Provide peripatetic management and hands-on support during significant changes.
• Lead the onboarding and optimisation of digital systems.
