Join a dynamic and growing company as our Head of Quality based in Wirral. This pivotal role focuses on driving the highest standards in quality assurance and quality control, with an emphasis on generating impactful process improvements that enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives to uphold and enhance product and service standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems aligned with industry regulations and company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead change management to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections, analyze data trends, and oversee corrective and preventative actions to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a dedicated quality team, promoting a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within a relevant industry environment.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change effectively.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics related to quality.
• Relevant certifications in quality management or equivalent professional qualifications are desirable.
