Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Head of Quality for a leading pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing operation in the North West. You will shape and drive the quality strategy across multiple locations, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance while leading a high-performing quality team.
Reporting to the UK leadership team, you will oversee GMP systems, audits and continuous improvement initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
As Head of Quality, you'll lead quality strategy across a highly regulated pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing operation, ensuring patient safety remains at the heart of everything whilst driving continuous improvement, operational excellence and business growth.

RELOCATION: We are fully prepared to relocate the right candidate, this role therefore as also been posted in Leeds, Cambridge, Oxford, Derby, Birmingham, Bristol and London
Reporting to the UK Operations Director with a dotted line to the Business Unit Head, you'll have overall responsibility for the quality function across a complex manufacturing business supplying products into highly regulated pharmaceutical and medical markets.
This is a genuine leadership role where you'll balance strategic planning with operational execution, working closely with manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial and external regulatory stakeholders. You'll be responsible for developing quality capability, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting commercial growth and creating a collaborative culture focused on excellence.
