Job summary

Aareon UK is seeking a senior quality leader to shape QA strategy across the UK product portfolio. You will line-manage a growing team, guide AI-assisted testing and automation, and partner with engineering and product leadership to raise release confidence.

The role offers fully remote work with optional offices in Manchester or London and a salary of £75,000–£85,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• What you will bring is senior QA leadership across multiple products or SaaS teams.
• Proven track record moving teams from manual testing to automation.
• Experience using AI in testing and modern QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve a unified quality strategy across UK products with clear standards and KPIs.
• Define AI-powered quality methods within a fast-changing software lifecycle.
• Line manage and develop the QA team, guiding progression to automation.
• Make quality metrics visible and drive release confidence and defect reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and operations leadership to resolve quality issues.
