What you’ll do:

  • Lead procurement across our divisions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
  • Oversee and optimise our spend portfolio
  • Manage and develop a team of strategic buyers, fostering growth and accountability
  • Directly manage key supplier relationships for critical raw materials
  • Deliver complex procurement projects, including sustainability-led initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure effective supplier performance management
  • Work collaboratively within a matrix environment, aligning internal stakeholder priorities
  • Drive procurement excellence through cross-functional collaboration
  • Contribute to the global procurement strategy
  • Identify and implement cost optimisation and long-term value creation opportunities

What you’ll have:

  • Significant procurement experience in complex, multi-site environments
  • Proven experience leading and developing procurement teams
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management expertise
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and category management
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience working in a matrix structure, balancing diverse business needs
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, especially Ariba and SAP is desirable
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, strategic approach
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in supplier risk management and performance evaluation
