This large academy based in the heart of Newham is currently looking to recruit a Head of Pupil Services to join their team from September. The successful Head Teacher together with his very forward-thinking Senior Leadership Team are fully focused on achieving the best possible educational outcomes for their pupils. There is a big emphasis on ensuring that pupils achieve their goals by making sure that they are taught by skilled specialist teachers who really know their subjects. Staff are encouraged to plan together, and this will involve both teaching and support staff affiliated with each department. There are high expectations of teaching staff to ensure that the lessons they are delivering are of a good standard, as the more engaging the lesson, the more likely the children will behave well.

Head of Pupil Services
This large academy are looking to recruit a Head of Pupil Services to join their team. The overall purpose of this job is to provide strategic leadership and operational management of all pupils across the academy, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day running of Recpetion, General Administration, Attendance, Admissions, Pastoral Services, Cover, First Aid, Free School Meals, Medical Healthcare Plans, Students Immunisation Programmes, and the Senior Leadership Team's diary and meeting coordination. The postholder will also be responsible for delegated budget management within pupil services.
The role is full-time and they are looking for someone who is able to commit to the full year. The role will be offered on a term- perm basis for the right candidate.
