As Head of Proposition (Adviser), you will be responsible for Royal London's adviser proposition and experience across UK products and propositions. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall strategy and direction from the Lifestage teams, ensuring the delivery of consistent, adviser-focused journeys within the relevant propositions, managing the impact of change on the propositions to ensure efficiency, join up and consistency across life stages and products.
This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring advisers experience ease and efficiency when dealing with Royal London, working in partnership with them. You will be passionate about helping, advisers grow their business and delivering value to their clients. You will reduce risk and cost and enhancing performance through the use of data-driven insights and digital automation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align delivery with business goals, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Your remit includes oversight of all adviser touchpoints, performance metrics, the integration of adviser systems as well as the development of new specialist products and solutions, with a strong emphasis on governance, transformation, and strategic planning, directed by Consumer Duty.
You will also play a key role in developing future capabilities, working with both internal and external 3rd parties. This is a leadership role that demands strategic vision, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
