Mission

As Head of Proposition you’ll shape the future of easyJet’s customer proposition, driving growth, innovation and value across our £2bn+ commercial portfolio. Reporting into the Commercial Proposition & Inflight Retail Director, you’ll lead a talented team to build and deliver products, partnerships and experiences that make travel better for our customers and drive real commercial impact.

  • Strategic Development: Define and deliver a forward‑thinking proposition strategy that supports easyJet’s commercial goals. Build a roadmap of high‑value growth opportunities that drive both profit and customer benefit.
  • Product Optimisation: Partner with digital, trading and marketing teams to enhance existing ancillary products and create new ones that balance short‑term gains with long‑term customer value.
  • Partnership Management: Lead and evolve easyJet’s commercial partnerships, ensuring strong collaboration, performance tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Post‑Book Monetisation: Maximise the value of the customer journey through post‑booking products and partnerships across categories such as car rental, insurance and more.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with trading, eCommerce, legal, finance, data and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer proposition.
  • Regulatory Response: Oversee product and ancillary development in line with evolving regulation, ensuring easyJet remains compliant while maintaining commercial agility.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, develop and empower a team of Proposition and Partnership Managers—setting clear goals, encouraging innovation and celebrating success.

Location & Hours

This full‑time, permanent role will be based in Luton with hybrid working (40 hours per week) and occasional travel.
