A leading low-cost airline in Luton is seeking a Head of Proposition to shape the future of its customer proposition. You will drive growth and innovation across a £2bn+ commercial portfolio, leading a talented team to create value-driven products and partnerships. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience and a strong commercial acumen, with a passion for enhancing customer experience through strategic initiatives. As Head of Proposition you’ll shape the future of easyJet’s customer proposition, driving growth, innovation and value across our £2bn+ commercial portfolio. Reporting into the Commercial Proposition & Inflight Retail Director, you’ll lead a talented team to build and deliver products, partnerships and experiences that make travel better for our customers and drive real commercial impact.
This full‑time, permanent role will be based in Luton with hybrid working (40 hours per week) and occasional travel.
