Position: Head of Property Management (Key Nationwide Account)
Job Level: Director
Salary: £75,000- £80,000 plus car allowance and benefits package

Location: Birmingham/ Leeds

The Role

1. Lead, mentor, and manage the Property Management team.
2. Act as a liaison between Regional Leads and property management.
3. Gain detailed knowledge of the key account, focusing on KPIs, and ensure effective service delivery.
4. Provide reliable timelines for Business As Usual (BAU) services and ensure delivery on time.
5. Take responsibility for debt management and collection according to the Debt Management Policy.
6. Seek continuous improvement in service delivery and efficiency.
7. Demonstrate expertise in Horizon, CRM Salesforce, and Dynamics.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
9. Ensure team adherence to company processes and procedures.

Key Deliverables

1. Act as the senior point of contact for key account Regional Leads.
2. Contribute expertise, knowledge, and strategy to meet contract KPIs.
3. Ensure the team is aware of responsibilities and can prioritise effectively.
4. Understand resources needed to deliver property management contracts.
5. Oversee client meetings, reporting, and follow-up actions.
6. Manage database and team inputs related to property management.
7. Focus on assurance to provide accurate data for forecasting.
8. Ensure compliance with internal procedures (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR).
9. Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Maintain regular communication with clients and tenants.
11. Contribute as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
12. Support the Contract Director in overall contract delivery.

Qualifications

1. MRICS or similar qualification.
2. Degree-level education.
3. Clean driving license.

Experience/Skills

1. Experience working with clients at a high level.
2. Broad commercial property knowledge (Private Practice, Public Sector, or Corporate Sector).
3. Proven experience in managing property portfolios and delivering effectively.
4. Experience in managing a significant team.
