A leading national consultancy seeks an experienced Property Management Director to oversee their prestigious client account. This role, based in Leeds, London, or Birmingham, requires strong leadership skills, MRICS qualification, and extensive senior-level client management experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Management Director to join a national consultancy to head up the Property Management team of a prestigious national client account. The role can be based out of London, Birmingham or Leeds.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the Property Management team on a national basis.
• Serve as the main point of contact with regional leads on all property management matters.
• Ensure the timely delivery of services and take responsibility for maintaining project timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Lead client meetings, ensuring the delivery of required reports and follow-up actions.
Skills & Experience:
• MRICS qualified (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience working with clients at a senior level.
• Proven experience in managing property portfolios with a focus on effective service delivery.
• Strong background in managing large teams and driving performance.
