Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are looking for a Head of Property Management in the Cambridge area.

To be considered for this role, you must already be in a Head of Property Management position or a Senior Property Manager looking to step up.

Working hours:

Full-Time

The successful Head of Property Management will be offered:

• Up to £40,000 basic
• OTE up to £53,000
• Ongoing training & support

To be considered for the role of Head of Property Management, you must have:

• Minimum of 4 years of Property Manager experience
• Highly organized with a positive work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to organize and manage your time and workload effectively
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Upbeat personality and strong work ethic

As Head of Property Management, your role will involve:

• Overseeing the team of property managers
• Conducting property visits
• Appointment and monitoring of contractors, organizing quotes for repairs/maintenance on behalf of landlords, and overseeing works
• Resolving deposit issues
• Ensuring statutory obligations are met
• Collecting rent
• Administering new tenancies and tenancy extensions
• General office administration, including handling telephone inquiries and responding to emails
