We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Property Management to lead our operations and drive service excellence. This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing the performance, compliance, and growth of our residential property management portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping service delivery standards while mentoring and empowering a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and develop the property management team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the management of both leasehold and freehold properties, ensuring full compliance with current legislation and industry best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and developers, delivering a customer-first approach.
Manage service charge budgets, financial accounts, and major works planning, with a focus on transparency and financial efficiency.
Resolve complex leasehold and property-related issues through a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Ensure robust health & safety, fire safety, and risk management procedures are in place and strictly adhered to across the portfolio.
Identify opportunities for innovation, service enhancement, and operational efficiency to drive continual improvement.
About You
Substantial experience in residential property management, covering both leasehold and freehold sectors.
Proven leadership experience in a senior or strategic property management role.
In-depth knowledge of leasehold legislation, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Strong financial acumen, including service charge budgeting and long-term maintenance planning.
A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Professional qualifications such as IRPM (Member or Fellow),RICS, or another related qualification isessential.
