Head of Property/Estates - Building Surveyor - West Midlands

This is a superb opportunity to join a Family Office as their Head of Property Management, overseeing their multi-million pound portfolio across the UK.

Based in the West Midlands and coming from a Building Surveying background, you'll be responsible for maintaining and managing properties, including unoccupied properties, refurbishments, upgrades, extensions, new builds, and ensuring all occupied properties meet health and safety standards.

As the sole in-house surveyor, you should have at least 5 years of experience, likely from a consultancy or in-house role for an occupier or developer, as the position is highly autonomous. Travel to sites will be required, so flexibility and willingness to be on the road are essential.
