Job Description:

This is a superb opportunity to join a Family Office as their Head of Property Management, and be in charge of the upkeep of their multi-million pound portfolio across the UK.

Coming from a Building Surveying background and based in the West Midlands, you'll be tasked with overseeing anything and everything that is needed to keep the properties in ship-shape order. This includes maintenance of unoccupied properties, project refurbishments, upgrades and extensions, any new build work, and ensuring the condition of all occupied properties is compliant within all health and safety needs.

Acting as the sole in-house surveyor, you'll need to have at least 5 years of experience under your belt, likely at consultancy or in-house for an occupier or developer, as the position is incredibly autonomous. There will be lots of travel needed to sites as needed, so you'll need to be happy being on the road as needed.

In return, you'll have the chance to grow with the business and become an invaluable member of the company, as well as a generous salary and package - plus not needing to chase fees and be in a grown-up environment with responsibility for an interesting and diverse portfolio is not something many people get to do.
