The Role: Head of Promotions

The role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of ticketed events, leading a team of promoters to grow revenue, audience, and brand presence. It requires expertise in event curation, ticketing, pricing, sponsorship, and market expansion.

Experience:
  • 10+ years in live event promotions, talent booking, or ticketing strategy, with profitably scaled events.
  • Experience managing multi-city or international event portfolios.
  • Proven data-driven ticketing and pricing skills.
  • Strong industry relationships.
  • Leadership in managing teams across locations.
  • Financial acumen, including P&L management.
  • Experience with major promoters or independent promoters.
  • Knowledge of sponsorship and brand activations.
  • Experience expanding brands into new markets.
  • Understanding of global music trends and audience behaviors.
