  • Experience with major promoters like Live Nation, AEG, or leading independents.
  • Understanding of sponsorship integration and brand activations.
  • Experience expanding event brands into new markets or launching new festivals.
  • Knowledge of global music trends, cultural movements, and audience behaviors.

Success in this role means:

  • Maximizing event profitability through strategic forecasting and data-driven sales tactics.
  • Driving market expansion, talent strategy, and audience growth.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • Aligning each event with the company's long-term growth, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop dynamic pricing models, including tiered tickets, VIP, and loyalty programs.
  • Own P&L responsibility, managing budgets and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with ticketing partners to optimize sales channels.
  • Use sales data and trends to refine pricing and promotional efforts.

Commercial & Sponsorship Integration:

  • Work with brand partners to integrate sponsorships into events.
  • Secure long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with ticketing and sponsorship goals.

Team Leadership and Industry Positioning:

  • Lead and mentor promoters and commercial teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events and panels.
