Big Red Recruitment is seeking a Head of Projects (PMO) for a Coventry-based, hybrid role. You will establish the PMO from the ground up, define governance, delivery methods and tooling, and lead a portfolio of significant platform and transformation projects.

You will manage intake, prioritisation and capacity planning, align with senior stakeholders, and build a delivery capability that scales across the business.

Our client is a highly respected, well-known customer-facing organisation with a large and loyal customer base across the UK. They're investing in how they deliver change, and have created this new Head of Projects role to lead it.

You'll set up the PMO and change capability from the ground up, and lead some of the organisation's most important projects along the way.

• You've led Business Analysts and change work, and you hold your own with senior stakeholders when priorities collide.
