Job Description:

Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals, including statisticians, programmers, data managers, and technologists across Europe, India, and North America.

This strategic leadership role involves delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. You will drive growth, maintain strong client relationships, and oversee project delivery in line with organizational goals.

Key qualifications include a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, and over 12 years of progressive leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related consulting organizations.

Responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Manage profit and loss, develop strategies to meet financial targets.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development, market understanding, team leadership, and operational strategies.
• Client & Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth; serve as an executive sponsor as needed.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee staffing, project delivery, forecasting, and collaborate with service line leads.
• Talent Development: Promote a culture of excellence, oversee recruitment and retention strategies.
