Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals across Europe, India, and North America, including statisticians, programmers, data managers, and technologists.

This strategic leadership role involves delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. The role requires driving growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals.

Key qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 12+ years of leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related consulting fields.

Key responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Full ownership of profit and loss, revenue management, and profitability strategies.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development, market understanding, and lead diverse teams across regions.
• Client and Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, acting as an executive sponsor when necessary.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee project staffing, manage project margins and timelines, and implement best practices.
• Talent Development: Foster a culture of excellence and oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

Required education: Master’s degree in relevant fields.
