Job Description:

Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals across Europe, India, and North America, including statisticians, programmers, data managers, and technologists.

This strategic leadership role involves delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and meeting financial targets. You will drive growth, maintain strong client relationships, and oversee project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields, and over 12 years of leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or life sciences consulting.

Key responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Manage profit and loss, develop strategies to meet financial goals.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development, market understanding, team leadership, operational strategies.
• Client and Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth; serve as an executive sponsor.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee staffing, project delivery, forecasting, collaborate with service lines, ensure compliance.
• Talent Development: Promote professional growth, manage recruitment and retention.
