Job Description:

Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals across Europe, India, and North America, including statisticians, programmers, data managers, and technologists.

This strategic leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. The successful candidate will drive growth, maintain strong client relationships, and oversee project delivery in line with organizational goals.

Requirements include strong leadership and people management skills, a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related consulting organizations.

Key responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Full ownership of profit and loss statements, revenue management, and profitability strategies.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development, market analysis, product development, and lead cross-regional teams.
• Client and Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, serving as an executive sponsor as needed.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee staffing strategies, project delivery against margins and timelines, and collaborate with service line leads to refine offerings.
• Talent Development: Foster a culture of excellence, oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
