The company acts as an extension to healthcare providers, fostering productive relationships built on collaboration, reliability, and honesty.

The Role

As a senior professional, you will be responsible for financial performance, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects achieve maximum value for clients and support business growth. You will lead and manage the Project Management team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of healthcare refurbishment and design & build projects. Main duties include:

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Define and implement the overall project strategy aligned with the company’s goals. Take overall responsibility for profit and loss of the project management service line. Provide strong leadership to a national team of project managers, ensuring consistency. Maintain best practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Ensure profitable and sustainable project execution. Lead bids and contract negotiations, especially on NHS frameworks.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, aligning with their objectives and increasing business value.
  • Change & Transformation Leadership: Develop teams, nurture talent, and foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement. Adapt strategies based on industry trends, client needs, and emerging best practices. Manage change effectively to ensure team and stakeholder alignment.
  • Process & Performance Optimization: Implement best practice methodologies to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Person Specification
