You’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery – from strategic planning through to execution – ensuring outcomes meet the highest standards in quality, safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.

With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across both ISS and the client organisation to align project delivery with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects from inception to completion
• Ensure delivery against time, cost, quality, safety, and environmental objectives
• Develop project strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Manage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Oversee full cradle-to-grave project lifecycle, including design elements
• Prepare and present tenders to clients

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience in critical Facilities operations
• Managed high-value, high-profile projects (£50k–£5 million)
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, particularly in banking environments
• In-depth understanding of current legislation and safe working practices
• Skilled in reporting and data management, with regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Excellent communicator with the ability to present clearly to senior management
• APM or PRINCE2 qualified
