Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Head of Project Management to shape project delivery across a technically diverse consultancy, combining hands-on delivery with line management. The role requires a PM qualification and proven experience managing complex RF or embedded electronics projects, ideally within defence, with a strong leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Project Management qualification (PRINCE2/APM/PMI).
• Experience leading and line-managing Project Management teams.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects in RF or embedded electronics.
• Defence industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the project governance framework and drive best practices.
• Line manage the Project Management team and mentor project managers.
• Deliver hands-on project management for large, cross-functional projects with Technical Leads.
