Job description
Nakama is seeking a Head of Project Management to lead the team at a technical and creative London agency. You will split your time between people management (20% of your time), project direction/delivery (65%), new business support (15%), and collaborating with the Leadership team to direct the agency strategically (5%).
This agency is product-orientated, so experience or a strong interest in Product Management is essential. You will be working directly with Creative, UX, Strategy, Development, QA, and Design colleagues to conceive and deliver the best possible product. You will be an Agile advocate and confident managing technical projects.
- Managing teams of PMs and PDs
- Managing highly complex programs
- Previous experience working as Project Lead (client-facing)
- Scope, budgeting, requirements.
- Day to day communication
- Best practices and escalation
This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of PM or strong PD to work at a forward-thinking agency, managing people but still remaining hands-on with delivery.
