Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Head of Systems & Tools to ensure the efficient operation of the Project Controls IT systems and data integrity. You will manage system access, baseline data changes, and data structures across multiple control layers, aligning with IT and functional leaders.

The role requires senior leadership experience and expertise in PC systems, with knowledge of P6, Prism/Deltek Cobra, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Experience in defining and prioritising objectives and strategies.
• Ability to analyse inputs and data to support decision making.
• Proven track record in managing large project controls environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the Super User of Project Control IT systems and manage user access rights.
• Implement approved changes to Baseline data and ensure data quality monthly.
• Maintain data structures and correlations across work, asset, organizational, and cost breakdowns.
• Define and own the Performance Measurement Cycle and data governance.
