Salary: up to £47k per annum

We are looking for an inspiring leader to head our client’s 2D Studies Programme, covering Drawing and Painting, Printmaking, Photography and Visual Communication. You will oversee the design, planning and management of a dynamic curriculum, aligned with our client’s priorities. Leading a team of specialist coordinators, tutors and technicians, you will provide strategic and operational direction while shaping a clear vision for the programme’s future.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing art and design education programmes and leading diverse teams. You’ll bring excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong understanding of contemporary art practice and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality adult learning. A strategic outlook and the ability to foster a collaborative culture are essential.
