The Role:

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in underpinning the next phase of their business growth. This role requires a strategic, whilst involved leader to oversee Production Services, optimise workflow efficiency, and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Production Services function, ensuring seamless coordination of all jobs from initiation to completion.
2. Develop and implement best-in-class policies, systems, and processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
4. Foster a culture of innovation, identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
5. Oversee project management, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and transparent, proactive reporting.
6. Lead, mentor, and develop the Production Services team, nurturing talent and driving high performance.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across divisions to ensure optimal workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

You will bring:

1. Proven leadership experience in building and managing production or operational functions within the print, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
2. A demonstrable track record of a service led approach to engagement.
3. Deep technical knowledge of print production processes, combined with strong commercial acumen.
4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and profitability.
5. Experience in implementing systems and process improvements, leveraging technology where appropriate.
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
