Job summary

You’ll drive improvements and lead change across the operation, collaborating with Team Leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, accountability for performance, and strategic workforce planning in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Significant production management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of improving performance with measurable gains.
• Experience leading operational change and supervising teams.
• Confident use of production data and KPIs to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Own production performance against monthly output and on-time delivery targets.
• Drive reductions in downtime, overruns and lead times using data.
• Lead change initiatives from concept to implementation with Team Leaders.
• Direct production planning and prioritisation and keep shop floor informed.
• Lead MRB and NCR resolution with Quality, Planning, Engineering and Quoting.
• Develop Team Leaders, set expectations and manage workforce planning.
