THE ROLE:

As Head of Production Services, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, instrumental in supporting the next phase of business growth. This strategic role involves overseeing Production Services, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Production Services function, ensuring seamless coordination of all jobs from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement best-in-class policies, systems, and processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
• Foster a culture of innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies.
• Oversee project management with clear ownership, accountability, and proactive reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Production Services team, nurturing talent and driving high performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflow and ensure customer satisfaction.
