The leading UK Managed Service Provider is creating a new senior leadership role to bring structure and strategic direction to its product function. This is a broad remit, closer to a chief innovation style position than a narrow AI-focused role, covering product positioning, delivery strategy, partner strategy, and prioritisation across the business's offerings. The successful hire will work closely with leadership to professionalise how the company shapes, delivers, and communicates its product strategy.

Shape the overall product strategy for an established, commercially stable MSP, with genuine influence over which offerings get prioritised and how partnerships are structured! Step into a newly created role with a blank canvas: there is no legacy process to unwind, just real appetite from leadership to bring order and clarity to product decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Write and own strategic decks that articulate product positioning and direction
• Define how solutions are delivered across the business's offerings

• Identify and address product lines that are currently underprioritised in new business

Skills/Must have:

• Experience: Senior product or strategy professional, ideally at Head of Product level or equivalent
• Core Tech/Domain: Cloud, MSP, or managed services background essential; this is broader than a pure AI remit
• Methodology/Protocols: Proven ability to write high-quality strategic decks and shape delivery models across multiple product lines
• Soft Skills: Comfortable defining priorities and partner strategy with limited existing structure; confident operating close to senior leadership
