Overview

This role reports in to the Chief Product Officer. The role is based at our North Acton Office and attendance at the office is three days a week when not travelling overseas to meet with our supply base. The role requires international travel.

What You Will Do

• Extend supply base to de risk China and tariffs.
• Extend supply base to support US growth.
• Work with current supply base to improve relationships, lead times and quality of service to Boden.
• Leverage supplier relationships to improve cost prices.
• Work alongside Buying and Design team to ensure we have an appropriate supply base to deliver the product that our customer wants.
• Work alongside Garment Technology team to ensure we have a supply base that can execute make standards according to our Brand standards.
• Work alongside our Fabric and Sustainability team to ensure our supply base are compliant with all procedures and practices.
• Find and introduce new suppliers to the business where required.
• Negotiate terms of business that are favourable to Boden.
