How would you support our success?
Your role

The Head of Product (Markets) is a leadership role in Product Management, responsible for maximizing product impact across markets, strategizing for product-market fit, and overseeing product initiatives. You will lead regional Senior Product Managers, collaborate with other product leaders and stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support, and work closely with the Head of Product (Universal) and market GMs and VP Marketing.

What would success look like?

Success involves achieving product-market fit, impacting Silverfin’s growth, balancing investments across markets, and ensuring high performance in product knowledge, AI and automation leadership, customer satisfaction (NPS +50), ARR contribution, product outcomes, team engagement (eNPS), and cross-department collaboration.

Your responsibilities
  • Participate in the VP of Product leadership team on strategy, operating model, and culture
  • Act as product ambassador and evangelist
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and execute market-specific product strategies
  • Ensure accountability in planning and reporting
  • Design and implement GTM processes with marketing and leadership
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competition
  • Manage operating expenses related to product initiatives
  • Manage partner relationships and act as primary contact for market-specific product matters
  • Communicate product progress and challenges effectively across the organization
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS, or related field
  • 7-10+ years in product management, with 3-5+ in leadership
  • Proven success in SaaS products, preferably in financial/accounting software
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of agile, product lifecycle, and discovery methodologies
  • Data-driven decision-making experience
  • Business acumen, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Ability to work 3 days/week from Gent, London, or Gouda offices and travel frequently
