About the role:

This role involves delivering and implementing the overall product marketing strategy. It includes working with Investment and Product Specialists, Investment Desks, and Sales teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning to support sales and marketing across wholesale and institutional channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Investments Capability Marketing in delivering the marketing strategy, ensuring collateral and content reflect our positioning.
  • Lead the Product Marketing Team, setting priorities and developing talent.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing and sales to communicate content, understand regional requirements, and oversee marketing activities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and content production, including sales toolkits, fund profiles, presentations, multimedia content, and thought leadership.
  • Manage relationships with investment specialists, desks, CIO teams, and marketing and sales leaders.
  • Represent marketing in new product launches to ensure proper positioning.
  • Stay informed on competitor trends and market themes.

Candidate requirements:

  • Extensive product marketing experience in equities, fixed income, and alternatives, preferably within a global asset manager.
  • Experience developing comprehensive marketing materials, including positioning, messaging, and proof points.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of asset management regulations and financial promotion compliance.
  • Good knowledge of private and public markets, with strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
