I’m delighted to be exclusively representing a fantastic client of ours - an established and growing financial services brand - in the recruitment of their brand-new Head of Product Marketing. For this opportunity, we are seeking candidates with prior experience at “Head of” or “Director” level within the financial services sector.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the CMO, the successful candidate will lead a team of three Product Marketing Managers. The core focus of the role is to drive the strategic development, execution, and optimisation of product marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Shaping go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Defining product positioning and messaging.
  • Leading successful product launches.

The role also requires significant stakeholder engagement to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals. You’ll oversee the creation of marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brand’s values. In addition, you’ll regularly report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Demonstrable leadership experience in marketing within the financial services sector.
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics.
